Stout Sangaree Recipe

Drink Stout Sangaree is a beer / ale drink also called ruby port. The ingredients are 1 oz ruby port, 12 oz stout, 2 tsp superfine sugar, 2 tsp water, 1 pinch grated nutmeg, 1 pinch ground cinnamon. You should serve the Stout Sangaree in a beer mug. Making a Stout Sangaree is easy, you simply dissolve the sugar in the water in the bottom of a beer mug. carefully pour the stout to give a half-inch head. float the port on top. garnish with a dusting of nutmeg and cinnamon, and serve. It makes a delicious recipe for stout sangaree, with ruby port, stout, superfine sugar, water, nutmeg and cinnamon.

It is basically noodles stir-fried with soy sauce - sounds kind of plain, but it is truly delicious.8 ounces meat of your choice (beef, chicken, pork, or seafood)8 ounces noodles of your choice (normally fresh rice noodles are used)1 tablespoon fish sauce1 tablespoon palm sugar (or substitute regular sugar)1 tablespoon oyster sauce3 tablespoons soy sauce1 cup broccoli cutAdditional Ingredients for marinade of meat1 egg2 to 3 cloves garlic, crushed1 tablespoon oyster sauce1 tablespoon cornstarch1 tablespoon rice wine1 tablespoon palm sugar1 tablespoon sesame oil1 teaspoon black pepperSlice the meat into bite-size pieces then marinade it in recipe described above for 1 hour.Prepare your noodles. If they are fresh, you do not need to do anything, but if you are using dry noodles, you will need to soak them in water for 15 or so minutes until they are soft.You will need a medium to large sized skillet.
